When am I charged for my order?
Your payment is charged at the time of your order.
What are your payment options?
We accept Credit Cards, and PayPal.
Do you offer a Military/Law Enforcement/First Responder Discount?
Yes we do! Please contact us with some kind of proof of service. Be sure to redact any sensitive info. Our contact page does not allow image uploading, so just send us a message and we will reply back via email where you can attach an image file.
Do you do phone orders?
We do not take phone orders. All orders needs to be placed online.
Can I cancel my order?
Yep, not a problem. Just let us know as soon as possible.
Shipping/Returns
What are your shipping options?
We use the US Postal Service (USPS) for our shipping, both Domestic and International.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We ship orders via USPS First Class International, and USPS Priority International.
Can I return an item?
Any of our products can be returned for a refund if returned within 14 days, in unused condition. Please contact us to arrange the return. When we receive the item(s) back, we will refund the cost of the item(s) back to your card. We do not refund the original shipping cost to you. You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item back to us.
